Michael Budd

Thank you for visiting!  My passion for photography started when I was 15 and started to become interested in my father's old Canon SLR cameras.   Over the years, the interest developed into an affinity and has kept growing ever since.  

I enjoy photographing incredibly scenery, places, and most of all - portraiture. There is nothing better than seeing someone's reaction when they open up their album after a session and smile as they see their own beauty in a different way.     

As the father to two young boys, I spend quite a bit of my personal time behind the camera capturing them as they grow - creating lasting memories for myself and my family.

I have amassed a very long list of places around the planet I want to visit with my camera bag.  I am not sure why, but my eyes are attracted to the natural beauty of water.  Hopefully soon I will cross another item off my photography bucket list - Moraine Lake in the heart of Banff National Park.
